Reality Sales Solution
Reality Sales Training is an ongoing process that addresses all factors necessary to build a well rounded, profitable salesperson and sales team.
Sales, like sports, music and foreign languages must be learned, reinforced and relearned until it becomes part of who we are. It is a continual process that can’t be in learned in one day.
Reality Sales Training is based on the following:
ONGOING TRAINING:
Salespeople go through ongoing training, with follow up on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, all year round.
ROLE PLAY
Many salespeople nod their heads when new material is covered; only a few can execute. In Reality Sales Training salespeople learn by doing. They will practice until they are able to execute what they say they understand.
ACTIVE LEARNING
Adults learn best when doing. We do have lecture and discussion, but we stress student action and participation.
TECHNICAL-EMOTIONAL-INTERNAL
Salespeople are taught the three facets of sales success:
TECHNICAL
Salespeople are given classical training in prospecting, taking inquiry, needs analysis, embracing objections and closing. Account management, time management, overall organization, systems and other technical issues necessary for success in sales are also studied.
EMOTIONAL
For salespeople to be successful they need to be alble communicate and connect with their fellow man. We teach them how. We teach about personality types, (theirs and others) listening, and leadership speech.
INTERNAL
If a salesperson doesn’t believe in themselves, they cannot succeed. How we limit ourselves with our own belief systems is studied. Techniques for overcoming our fears and internal limitations, selling volume, matching personalities to customers are taught, practiced and reinforced. Dealing with stress is discussed, taught and practiced.
