Who is James Olsen?
James Olsen sold for 20 years, with Nike, North Pacific Lumber and Forest City Trading. James continues to sell everyday. For much of the time James was selling he was also training new sellers how to succeed. Over time he developed a system for training salespeople that works.
In 2001, James left trading to start his own sales training business, Reality Sales Training. James also owns two Dry Cleaning operations, has owned properties and apartments, which gives him a unique perspective not only as a seller and a trainer, but also as a business owner who understands management for profitability. James bottom line approach to sales training is designed to give you and your sales team immediate results. Profitability, teaching, learning and winning are James passions.

Who is Wayne Bennett?
Wayne is a trainer, teacher and salesman. He has been selling professionally for fifteen years and continues to close Fortune 500 companies as President and owner of TeamWorx Team Building LLC. Wayne has worked with top executives from names such as Phillips, Johnson and Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, Tyson Chicken, Wells Fargo, and dozens more. He has also developed training programs including a collaboration with Space Shuttle Commander and Astronaut Rick Searfoss and a collaboration with the Executive Leadership Program at the California State College of Continuing Education. Wayne has an extensive background in Team-Building. These are activity-based workshops that involve adult communication and learning. Wayne has also worked in the US and in Mexico training sales people in the Reality Sales Training method of sales with extraordinary response.
