1. Great stuff James !!! I use your technique on a daily basis, it works great for me and allows me to stay in control of the conversation no matter the situation, I would challenge anyone who disagrees to please listen & learn it, just try it for 6 months you will be surprised how your sales will increase, it only becomes easier with time.. I say this because I was the guy who wouldn’t listen or try it, my way wasn’t working my sales weren’t growing they were declining….It works… Thank You James
